One whole egg
two egg whites
1/2 cup rolled oats (Quaker Oats)
2 oz skim milk
Add all ingredients to bowl, mix well.
Spray skillet or frying pan with a non-stick spray.
Add all ingredients; scramble as you would with ordinary eggs.
